Participation - Everyone may play.
Hosting - By default, games are to be played on the higher seeded player's host. The player higher up on the bracket is the higher seed. Other hosts may be used if both players agree or if an Admin chooses to have the match played on a non-player host.
Reporting Results - The loser is responsible for reporting the match result.
Replays - At this point, only replays from semifinals on are required to be saved and passed to an Admin.
Vetoes - For bo3, veto ABBA. B selects starting map.
